Let's be real, Chile isn't 7-0 better than Mexico, just like Germany wasn't 7-1 better than Brazil in '14 WC. Sometimes a team will get down on itself and there's a snowball effect and blowouts happen, it happens to everyone from time to time...Chile is #5 in FIFA rankings and defending Copa America champs.
Argentina is legit 4-0 better than the US and they basically toyed with them and hardly broke a sweat. If Argentina needed to score 7, they could've

Yeah you are right, but thats exactly the point I was making. Its a lot less humiliating to lose to a team 0-4 when it is 2-3 goals better than your team, than to lose 0-7 to a team supposedly as good as yours.

I got you, I agree...to lose by 5, 6 or 7 goals, the losing team basically quit competing, which is what happened to Mexico and Brazil in the '14 WC.

Chile is easily 7-0 better than Mexico.
Results don't lie.
USA got beat down by the Argies but only because of Klinsmann's idiotic tactics.
All the same, the USA played like shit and it is open season. If you wanted to mock their play on the field, you would be in the right after last night's abject performance.

Game. Set. Match.
Re: Copa America Centenario 2016
Chile are explosive. The final vs Argentina should be entertaining. I'm guessing Argentina will handle the defensive pressure a lot better.
