An Iraqi armed group calling itself the " Iraqi Swat ", has presented a vote on Instagram application on the fate of ISSI prisoners under the title of "kill or release?", Attached with their images, which reflects according to experts, a new tactic in executions adopted usually by armed groups, beyond what has ISIS done inhuman criminal operations in Syria and Iraq, according to the British site "Daily Express".
