Couple of things that also come to mind. September 11 happened long before things like YouTube. I also remember when all the news stations, Fox, NBC, ABC made a pact soon after September 11, that they will never show the planes going into the building ever again. The next time I saw footage of the planes going into the building was on the ten year anniversary special where they showed new footage, that of course faded to black.

No need to put an entire race together.

It was done by very powerful people. Probably not known by people in the public, who had an agenda.

One thing comes to mind, Howard Stern.

Howard Stern had always been Howard Stern, doing his Howard Stern thing. He was very pro the Iraq war. Then one day he came after Bush and the Iraq war. Then the following day Clear Channel fire him, with the lamest excuse, citing language or something that Howard Stern had always used, always. Willing to lose millions of dollars in the process. That left shocked how he got fired from all Clear Channel stations. But really showed me at a personal level how a really powerful person, that we don't even know about can control what is said on the media.

Someone can come out and say in August 2001 there were some secret constructions being done on the certain buildings of the WTC. The host gets canned, it will make no media, it will get repeated nowhere, and the people who heard it would quickly forget about it.
