Re: Adidas Owning the Performance Shoe Game Right Now
Just picked up a pair of Rose 6's but haven't played in them yet. I usually play on Saturdays but I've been playing an additional day on Thursdays. The Thursday court feels like concrete with a rubber coating and its pretty hard on my 37 year old legs. I normally hate high tops but the reviews pointed me to these shoes.

At that age you should really limit outdoor balling, the court surfaces are just too much for the joints in most cases.
Here is an explanation of the Boost cushioning in the Drose 6 vs. the Bounce cushioning in the D Lillard 2:

I don't play outdoors much any more. The court we use Thursday is an indoor court but instead of wood it has a rubber coating. It's a step above blacktop but a few below a good wood surface. I like the boost but I will probably try bounce in the future.

Nike is much better indoors, and better outdoors.

The problem with Nike is the price for what you get. Recently I've played in CP3 4, 7, 8, Kobe 7, 8, 10 and 11, and Jordan 28's. The CP3's were pretty good bang for the buck shoes but the Jordans and Kobe's didn't last very long. I played in the Jordan 28's about 4 times before then fell apart. I don't have enough play time in the D Rose 6's (and I hate high tops) to rate them yet but initially they are really comfortable.

My Nike Born Ready is pretty durable. And it only costs $53.15 US Dollars.

Those Crazylight Boosts, my god. Adidas stay winning and it's not even close. How the **** do you outperform Nike WHILE charging cheaper, it's a joke
