Re: 76ers: Okafor and Noel on Trading Block
Both are underrated. Noel needs a good point-guard and a good system to be good. Okafor needs spacing and a good passer to get him to his preferred positions down-low. Both of which The Sixers did not have last season.
Also, rookies especially the two of them need a good culture and veterans in which The Sixers did not have.

Neither is going to LA unless the number 2 pick is involved. So don't get your hopes up.
I'm going to love that first rounder next year though

There are heaps of rumors swirling around right now, HEAPS.
The an interesting and recent one I have seen lately is talk of Paul George coming to Philly in exchange for Okafor and the Lakers lottery pick.

I personally think they should wait till the trade deadline and see how Embid is panning out before they make any moves like this. If they are going to trade either Noel or Okafor I would rather see them deal with the Suns or Celtics to try and secure Jamal Murray in the draft.
Plenty of money for free agents later, and I don't think they should make a move to get George because they are not quite ready to contend. If they trade they should trade for youth.

I'm still on board for the Booker and #5 trade for Okafor and future #1st. Then signing Crabbe.
The options are still open at #5. We don't necessarily have to take Murray or Hield. Use 24 and 26 to draft Tearreun Prince and Cat Barber.
Projected lineup
Hield
Crabbe
Booker
Simmons
Noel
With Ish, Covy, Staukus, Hollis Thompson, Grant, Saric, and Embiid off the bench. Solid bench

They can't trade embiid, none of the other 29 Gm's are going to take that risk.

I'm not so sure about that. The upside is so immense

Philly is once again dumb because everyone now knows they want to move guys, which lowers their leverage. Lakers should be trying hard to get this guy. You just can't teach what this guy has.
Yeah, some really sh1tty drafts like the one where Bennett was picked 1st
