You forgot HOF interim coach Brendan Malone. Part of the Mount Rushmore of coaches.

1 - Silas. He actually coached the team and held guys accountable. had less talent to work with. A coaches coach who had previous success with the Hornets.

2 - Mike Brown. Coached to best record. Couple of players shy of a championship team. Lost control of team but not all his fault.

3. Spoelstra. Transformed to a coach by Riley. Had most talent to work with. Looked inexperienced at times.

4. Lue. He did actually win a championship but his lineups and decisions definitely showed his inexperience at times. Either of the guys above him could win a ship with this same team.

5. Blatt. got them to the finals but lack of control of the team ulttmately puts him in last place IMO.
