Meanwhile this guy has a quicker first step, a quicker sprint, is faster on the long run, has more stamina and even has a higher vertical.

These are both guys that were the best at their sport at one time, and completely dominated their field athletically. Wade will go down as one of the most agile and quickest players ever to play the game, while Bron will be remembered as the most athletic player ever. And they aren't efficient?
Do you know what you're talking about?

These guys are 6'4 and 6'8, not 6 foot flat like Ronaldo. Not to mention they have longer limbs/wingspans, so even more weight to be distributed.
compare Wade's body to that in the picture when he was actually ball dominant and slash after slash

    come on now, lol

    that shitty lower train XD

they have street juice bodies, usless for anything other than showing up to teenagers. They could be so much more dominant if they actually trainned

lol at Ronaldo having more stamina and a higher vertical. Sprint speed is debatable too.
Quicker first step? You'd hope so. He is 85lbs lighter and far smaller.

No they don't have street juice bodies. You really don't have a clue what you're talking about. LeBron is the king of functional movements and strength. If you've ever watched any of his videos or documentaries you'd see how much time this guy spends on his core, and particularly his hip mobility and strength. His hip routine is probably the main reason this guy does not get injured.

Seriously... You don't have a clue. Funny you brought up Ronaldo, since most football fans have said he has gotten too big, and needed to tone it down with the weights.

Muscle isn't a bad thing. You don't have a clue what you're talking about if you think it is, and you clearly fall into that bracket. Acting as if they are some puffy bodybuilders or some shit.
They're both 5-8% bodyfat, and absolutely dominating their competition athletically. 40 inch verticals, insane speed, and both some of the most powerful players to ever play their positions.

Dude sits up front all game and rarely tracks back. It has been a joy watching him walk around all Euro 2016, and look invisible nearly all game.

That on top of trying to tell people Lebron has more stamina and sprinting speed than a football player.

Lebron beats people with his shoulders, not first step, not quickness, he just crashes into people and makes space with his width.

he probably has more... that one try didn't look that great and he could probably do better

still great for an athlete who can't afford to pack as much muscle as basketball players because of the stamina
