It's eerily similar - Lebron gets lucky in the Finals, the other team steams for an entire year scheming how to make him a non-factor, and then proceeds to blow him out in record fashion the next year.

He didn't get "figured out". That 14' Heat team was old and injured. Wade's knees were ****ed and he had the worst playoff run of his career, Bosh was a non factor, Chalmers and Cole both extremely unreliable, Allen and Battier ready to retire, Birdman and Haslem steeply declined.

Lol based on what? The cavs had two players that played heavy minutes miss all but less than one game in 2015. The warriors had one guy that was a net negative miss 2 and a half games and one player they lost by almost the same amount when he returned miss 1 game.

Healthy cavs have always been a notch above golden state. Had the better record post trades in 2015, had the better record down the stretch this year also.


So let's review:. Bogut - net negative that plays limited minutes. Golden state was better without him. Green-good player that missed 1 game. Next game he comes back, his team loses by one less point than they did without him.

Warriors excuses: insignificant at best

Kyrie's performance was so extraordinary for a 2nd option, that I made a thread about it and pointed out how much better he played than Pippen ever did.

But Lebron mostly makes star teammates worse in the playoffs: Dwayne Wade, Chris Bosh, Mo Williams, and Kevin Love - that's 4 all-stars - they all played worse with Lebron in the playoffs - so yeah, that's threadworthy too
