You need to bet the number on the right to win the number on the left.

So for the Nets, if you bet a dollar and they win, you get a grand.
Cavs if you bet $2, you win $5.

This seems to hold up with everything except for the Warriors... I can't comprehend how bet $3 and win $2 works... unless it's an additional? In which case the new answer would be...

If that's true, then it should be represented in 3 to 2 format, so that my "formula" makes sense across the board, lol.

But I found another website that said seeing odds of "X to Y" is really a decimal odd, in that Y/X = decimal odds. But again, I don't know how that works with weird numbers like the Warriors have.
