In the 60s-70s heroin was a problem with the black community...it's a 'white thing' today because the surge in addicts is linked to prescription opiates.

Just walking around NYC these days, the homeless population has exploded. And I swear all the homeless people are White. Not some, ALL. It's been strange to see.

But again, this is just one man's eye test so who knows. But 90% of new heroin users since the new Millennium began have been of the Caucasian persuasion.

Parents need to get shot in the head. Its their choice to take drugs. They need to straighten out if they have a kid. Send the kid to a family more capable of giving him a decent home.

Went to high school with one of the kids BTW.
