rent prices. I believe Portland is amongst the highest if not number 1.

Went to olympic national park, portland, mt rainier, vancouver and seattle during our trip. Seattle was by far the worse.

Subway system isn't as good as other major cities. Winters are too cold.

Traffic. Especially from the suburbs to downtown
