CHARLOTTE, N.C. (Reuters) - A gun recovered at the scene of the fatal shooting of a black man by police in Charlotte, North Carolina, was loaded and had fingerprints matching those of the victim, CNN reported on Friday as the man's family released its own video of the encounter.

"He hit my 8 year old in the head a total of three times with is [sic] fist....He kicked me and threaten [sic] to kill us last night with his gun. He said he is a ‘killer’ and we should know that,” she wrote on the form last October."

But she says he's a family man now Why? Cha Ching$$$$

But what no one cares about seemingly is that this guy has shot at police officers before! And served time for it. It is important to know if police knew this when engaging him, although apparently they weren't there at the residence for him. If they knew he had a record of shooting at police, then they were justified in basically gunning down this lunatic as soon as they saw the gun. Kick some dirt over his grave and move on.
