Romo and Lopez aren't what they used to be

Perhaps they could of stuck with Law for a bit longer. He is really young, I don't think he has 100 innings pitched in the majors, but he has good stuff and threw well last night

Or maybe even stuck with Moore in the 9th. He had a lot of pitches thrown but he still looked solid in the 8th. That was the second amazing start the Giants pitching had that still ended up with the loss. Cueto was the other one.

Mets would have put fear into the Cubs, they just match up better against them than the Giants did. Glad we can put this even year business to rest.

How do you figure that? Giants had a healthier and better starting rotation. The offense may even out with the Mets able to get the home run, but the Giants in general are better at producing runs.

Fair enough, I'd actually be more inclined to agree considering how disastrous the Giants were the second half of the year.

I despise the Cubs and don't want to see them win it, but it's hard to see anyone beating that juggernaut at this point.
