I've been watching a bunch of anime recently, since I just came back from Japan.
I'm rewatching Samurai Champloo at the moment. Will have to put GOTF on the list too. Thanks for reminding me. I have seen it before, and I remember it being great, but Spirited Away was just awesome for me. Loved the story.

Some great movies mentioned but how many of them have a rewatch value.. A movie like inception was amazing when i first watched it but i sure as hell aint gonna watch it again..
So for me light comedies like dumb and dumber, eurotrip, office space, american pie

I thought about this myself too . My favs for rewatch value:
Tremors, Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade, A Night at the Roxbury, Big Trouble in Little China, Office Space
With so many good series' out, it's tough to find time to watch movies nowadays, let alone rewatch a movie.

Comedies have 0 rewatch value by default imo.
Laughter comes from the surprise, most of the times.

American comedies, yes. Good script and good actors can create rewatch value such as Louis de Fun
