why do the handout pushing blacks always use % of blacks not proportional

to other races argument when it comes to income, education, club memberships, etc. etc. and yet no other race are using equal representation having to be proportional against them?

shouldnt the NBA be forced to have equal % of azns and whites as blacks? if they dont have enough game comparatively shouldnt we spend taxpayer money towards exclusively focused training for whites and azn youths to bring them up to par? shouldnt we enforce racial quotas regardless of athleticism like we do college admittance to test scores?

how about musicians? shouldnt we have specialized government programs and grants for white and azn rappers? obviously the proportion of black rappers to whties and azn's is grossly lopsided. if we're playing 'every race has to be proportionally equal in everything' card that handout blacks always play, why doesnt it apply to the mediums black people dominate?

basically why arent they held to the standard they're pushing?
