Nah, Lebron doesn't coast in the regular season.
He just has the ability to really elevate his game in the playoffs unlike Curry.

Trust the process.

Warriors win that series if 5 if not for the league intervening and suspending Draymond, then you had Bogut going down, and Iggy's back giving up on him and what do you know LeBron finally goes off in games 5 and 6 when the Warriors are compromised. wasn't doing anything before dray suspension, and bogut/iggy injuries.also lmao at acting as if LeBron had some unprecedented playoff run when he didn't even score 30+ until game 6 of the conference finals. dude averaged 26.3 ppg on 58.5% TS in the playoffs. Curry in 2015 when he supposedly underperformed put up 28.3 ppg on 60.7% TS.
Stopped reading after the 2nd sentence.
Curry was not better in the 2015 playoffs lol Lebron averaged a near 30 point trip dub without his 3rd option and his 2nd option missing crucial moments.
Curry wasn't hurt in the Finals, that rhetoric is old and tired now. He choked, period.
So Lebron was better in both the 2015 and 16 playoffs and Finals. You completely proved the point of him coasting the RS dumbass

A player can play 48 minutes a game and still coast.
Coasting is not about minutes played. It's about effort.

lol lebron just put up empty counting stats in the 2015 playoffs. his efficiency was historically bad for a superstar player. Curry was the best player in the 2015 playoffs and was dominant statically before the cavs employed the lets leave everybody wide open besides Curry and Klay defensive approach. The Cavs were literally trapping Curry on every pnr (but phuck curry for making the hockey assist instead of trying to accumulate stats tho right) while the Warriors were daring LeBron to beat them 1v1 which he couldn't. Curry's clutch stats were historically good while lebron's were in the tank. Curry literally had the best 4th quarter scoring finals in history. 10.8 ppg on 75% TS in the 4th quarter including 17 points on 90% TS in the 4th quarter of game 5 with the series tied at 2.
also lol at curry not being hurt this last season. so we're just going to pretend that curry didn't miss 3 weeks in the playoffs because of an MCL Injury?

curry career regular season: 22.4 ppg on 61.5% TS
curry career playoffs: 25.7 ppg on 59.8% TS
Curry in the 2015 playoffs averaged 5 more ppg than he did in the regular season all while maintaining all time great level efficiency.

OP is a fucking retard.
25.7-22.4 = 3.3
Not even close to being 5 PPG. If you actually said LeBron averaged 5 PPG over his RS averages, you'd be more accurate.
59.8% TS is not ATG efficiency, BTW. You're a Chokebe stan though. The dumbest of the dumb.

lol at exposing yourself as the retard i was talking about 2015 curry averaging 5 more ppg and maintaining all time great efficiency.
curry 2015 regular season: 23.8 ppg on 63.8% TS
curry 2015 playoffs: 28.3 ppg on 60.7% TS
the 22.4 ppg refers to curry's career regular season averages. while his 25.7 ppg is Curry's career playoff average. So clearly Curry is a player who elevates his caliber of play in the playoffs.

Bruh, you literally said Curry was "significantly better" in the '15 RS and the PO's. The same season in which LeBron lost against his team and still won more FMVP votes.
I wouldn't expect you to understand though, since you're a Chokebe stan.

LOL, Lebron haters have lost so bad that they now have to pretend that the regular season is more important than the playoffs.

Lebron averaged 44% through the first 3 rounds of the playoffs, that Kobe's career average btw lol. So it's far from "historically bad".
Curry didn't dominate shit statistically compared to Lebron. He faced an injured team every single round and only had a better shooting percentage, which is expected.
No he wasn't injured. He took 3 weeks off for an injury that only requires 2 weeks of healing. Where was this injured excuse his 1st game back?
His 2015 "clutch" stats are overrated as hell. It's been proven that a lot of those 4th quarter points came when the game was already decided. Not to mention he was being guarded by a bench player the entire series.
Anyone that doesn't think Lebron is the BITW after this past Finals is just a hater, period.

its 2016 and still using fg% instead of ts%. way to invalidate your argument before it even starts. and lebron in the first 3 rounds had a historically pathetic 49.2% TS. lmao i was like lmao. also lmao at saying curry's stats came when the game was already decided- every game of the 2015 finals was competitive in the 4th quarter besides game 4. and curry wasn't just getting guarded by delly whose a noted defensive specialist- curry was getting trapped by the Cavs on every pnr which is why guys like dray, iggy, barnes, and livingston were literally wide open on all their shots. as far as the injuries quit embrassing yourself. if you actually watched curry's first game back you would have known that curry was awful before he caught fire late in the game and in that OT. he missed his first 10 3s. he clearly wasn't the same guy post injury. had no where near the lateral quickness and explosiveness he had preinjury. Curry who had cooked bigs all season could no longer get by the likes of Stevan Adams and Kevin Love.

Re: The LeBron Coasting Argument Is So Dumb
Coasting to me is...
Bradley Beal having 1-2 steps on a fast break and Lebron chooses to pursue lightly...
versus..
The Iggy block and Curry blocks.
He definitely knows his body and you can tell he coasts. He will then go on 7-10 game runs where he averages his usual monster stats then begins to coast on 23-25PPG 7 and 7.
It's incredible and Shaq like. Shaq coasted all the time and still put up 26 and 11.
