How you dismissive of Rubio. Lets move to the stats then.
1st in steals percentage drapm last year and 2nd this year.1st % the point guards Rubio faced during the 2014-15 season only averaged 14.4 points per game and only shot 37%.

Re: The best defender at the Point guard position
Dante Exum was historically good defensively his rookie year, and has looked good so far in the preseason.
Too early to fully endorse him for this award, but if he keeps up his play (or, hopefully, gets better) he has the potential to be the league's best defensive point guard by a mile.

He was historically bad offensively too though. The Jazz have too much talent now for him to be playing if he can't contribute offensively consistently. Their depth at the one and their injuries on the wing might have him guarding bigger players too.

This. Being the Tony Allen of pg's will eventually make him a bench player. Which is not bad.

He's as much of SG as Steph.
Bradley is the best PG defender bar none. In fact I'm calling him out as DPOY 2017

1-on-1 D I think you have an argument for leaving Wall out of the top-5
as a team defender, and in terms of versatility, I would have him top-5. He has trouble playing 1-on-1 with "waterbug" point guards (little quick guys with quick triggers). Basically Isaiah Thomas type guys can give him trouble some times.
I am ok with OP's list

He looks much improved from that end so far. He's hit some 3's. He's attacking the rim. Making plays for others. He hasn't put it all together consistently yet but it's looking like he's going to be a pretty good 2 way player after all.

He'll get more PT with Turner gone and Smart having to defend bigger positions. He's got a shot.
