Not necessarily. It just means it's worth a lot more now that it's number one.

At this point I think it makes the most sense.

Brown is legit, and if they get EV out of the pick this year and next year...they will have just about the perfect situation for a franchise.

[QUOTE]Brian Robb: The one (good) problem the Celtics have now after getting No. 1 pick tonight: Salary cap room gets a lot tighter this offseason for max FA.

So you think Lakers will select him?

So much for the pipe dream of getting Fox to pair up with KP for the next 10+ years

I'd be shocked if Magic doesn't take Ball.

Knicks will still get a solid pick. 2 of the Big 9 will be available, at least.

Godzingis, Willy, and Tatum/Isaac/Monk/DSJ/Ntilikina are a start to re-building the right way. Just need to trade Melo for some popcorn vendors or something and stop trying to sign ballhogging stars.

This has to be one of the worst deals ever. Trading a million future first round picks for a couple of past it players.

What, Billy King thought that 40-year old Garnett and Pierce are going to carry the team in 2018?

I wonder what Philly is about to do with its no 3 pick.

They might go after Malik Monk and leave Jackson to Phoenix
