You are probably a sprint runner. By the way me and my team are going to start training this coming wednesday and thursday. We are going to have a suicide drills, and shooting drills before we play 5 on 5.

Hell ya and post more vids man, my team starts another session on Friday. I ran hurdles and and did the long jump back in the day - I also rock climb and mountain bike. Basketball is my favorite sport though, and I do various drills too when I practice or warm up, I think they help

Idk if my advice is worth anything but I used to tape my ankle if I sprained it to immobilize/prevent it from spraining again at least for a long time after the sprain. You can look up how to tape for sprained ankles. When you aren't playing spell the alphabet in the air with your toes - to help strengthen / recover the damaged areas. If the sprain is fresh, within a few days, use the RICE technique (Rest Ice Compression Elevation). After that start physical therapy things like the alphabet thing and keep it taped and isolated if you play on it

Our Basketball jerseys just arrived. It's a full sublimation jersey. It costs 950 pesos almost $30 US Dollars per uniform. My ankle is fine going to play in our opening game.

Our Basketball Tournament was cancelled. It's been almost 10 days since I played basketball. All of the Basketball Rims in my town are locked.
