Would have already passed him up if not for a career threatening injury.

"But he didnt pass him in post season scoring!"
Oh wait, he did that too?
"But he isn't clutch!"
Oh wait, he has more post season game winners too?
"But he didn't beat anyone tough!"
Oh wait, all his opponents were better than MJ's best ever?
Well damn, I guess he is the GOAT then.

In more games
MJ has more thru 179 games, and therefore a higher frequency of game-winners
And clutch is more than game-winners - MJ simply took over down the stretch more, as the 4th quarter stats show...
And Phil assigned MJ the takeover duties at the end of games.. you can't say that about lebron..

Lebron never beat a back-to-back champion
let alone a dynasty that beat other goat dynasties (80's Lakers/Celtics).
The 16' Warriors weren't back-to-back champs, nor had they beaten goat dynasties... nor did they have 3x all-stars at every starting spot like those Pistons
Btw, the heat/spurs and cavs/warriors were the only super-teams at the time they were battling, yet lebron only went 2-5 against the spurs/warriors/mavs..
Overall, lebron lost 6 times with a 1 or 2 seed', whereas MJ is the only top 10 player that was undefeated (6-0) as the 1 or 2 seed (the most unbeatable player, aka goat).. he also won 6 rings with only 1 all-star teammate versus 3 rings with 6 all-star teammates for lebron (MJ needed a lot less talent to win... due to better TEAMWORK)

I really don't see how it's so hard to understand the impact of the 3 in today's game. No shit he'll pass him on less shots when he's shooting significantly more 3's, especially considering he's much worse a FT shooter. It's simple math. LeBron has also already played in over 100 more games than MJ did, and almost 5000 more minutes at this point. Random stat doesn't mention those facts, though
Steph Curry will pass scoring milestones LeBron has on less shots too. Anyone good enough at math to figure out why?
Or James Harden who took almost 1000 less shots than LeBron to reach 17,500 career points. Again, simple math
LeBrons a better 3-pt shooter than Jordan was and the league emphasizes the 3-ball far, far more than they did during Jordans era. It's really that simple

Re: LeBron has almost officially passed Jordan
these pathetic MJ stans excuses
we're not gonna hypothetically award MJ with a better long range shot if he were to play in today's game..
