Celtics beat Sixers and Bucks without Kyrie and Gordon.. Kyrie and Boston are the deepest team in the league and if Kyrie goes out still make it to the semifinals at the worst. The real problem with Boston is that their defense is not what it was last season. They have the talent to be in the FINALS..

Even GSW has repeated this. OP just MELTING

When OP's right he's right....Ainge is a coward, and no matter how many tears you celtic fans cry in here it wont change that fact.

Just like how Cleveland refused to trade that Brooklyn pick to give Lebron a shot in the finals. Lebron left.

Kyrie gonna do the same. No AD. Stevens is gonna want out. He doesn't want to stick around 4-5 years not contending and waiting for some kids to grow up.

    Boston imploding before our eyes.

Celtics are significantly better on offense this season and have been playing at around 60-win pace since Dec 23rd, what moves do they need to make exactly?

They won like 25 out of their last 35 coming into this game.

Hawks did win 60 games that one year and we all saw what LeBron did to them. The East is just lucky that LeBron is in the West.

What does Boston need right now that they're missing? They have a top 5 offense/defense, they have one of the best 3PT shooting teams in the league, they have the superstar and the closer in Irving and they have the young core.

The Hawks were basically last year's Celtics without Irving, only that they didn't have Brad Stevens.

Has a 6 foot guard in the history of the league been able to overcome his size to be a proven first option on a consistently successful playoff team?

Kyrie is undersized even compared to the likes of Curry. He is a streaky shooter and he is built like glass. Look I hate to be so negative about it all but, I find it funny when people talk about Kyrie as if he is some kind of legitimate first option. He is not, he is at best a co-first option or a world class second option which is exactly what he should be anyway given he is a point guard. Any team is going to fail where they expect an undersized guard to play both point and be the first scoring option.

It is good Kyrie wants to go back to Lebron because maybe he has figured this out.

The funny thing is how everyone hating on OP here (especially the mouth breathing 65 IQ literal retard Real Men Wear Green) is doing the exact same thing with lebron when he manages to lose despite always having the most loaded teams.

They had Mike Budenholzer. Won coach of the year in 2015 and likely will again this year.
