Default Kobe Led The Lakers To 2-17 Record To Finish 2005

    EXPLAIN THAT..

He lost Odom but his team went something like 6-9 when Kobe missed games that season.. Kobe was in his prime and let his team go 2-17..

KOBE HAD THE LEAST IMPACT OF ANY TOP 20 PLAYER OF ALL TIME

rudy T had a winning record before injuries to his top 2 guys and his own personal health got in the way of a successful season

hamblen took over and basically tanked the rest of the way for them to get bynum

the proof of their tanking aspirations was in the fact that they had a playoff appearance a year later after losing caron butler

    Chris Mihm
    Chucky Atkins
    Jumaine Jones
    Brian Grant
    Stanislay Medvedenko
    Devean George

These were the guys starting alongside Kobe and Caron Butler during that stretch.

it was a tank job... kobe averaged 25ppg on only 18 shots during those 19 games

prior to that for the year kobe averaged 29ppg on 21 shots a game

its obvious the effort wasn't there cause management wanted that top 5-8 pick

2-17 finish to miss the playoffs.
    34 wins for the season.
    43%fg for the season

its not how you start it anyways. its how you finish it. Kobe during the wild wild west era = 65 wins

Lebron in the weak east = 66. That impact of the goat. LOL

Maybe if you guys start learning the game instead of reading box scores, you guys will understand why kobe is respected by the ones who played the game.

Kobe never produced when the chips were down, ever.

Awful shooting record in game 7s and giving up on his team etc.

His "great" moments were what? 81 points against one of the worst teams ever and 60 points on 50 shots in a dead rubber? Give me a break

What were Duncan's "great" moments? A 20 point game in the finals against a pitiful Nets team? Losing finals MVP to roleplayers like Tony Parker and 21 year old Kawhi? Missing a point blank, wide open lay-up in game 7 of the 2013 finals which cost the Spurs a title?
