1 - 4 is between Harden, KD, PG13 & Curry
Then it's Giannis, Kawhi, Embiid, Westbrook
Lebron is barely top 10 at this point.
Right. So no expectations then, right?

There are expectations, but if we ignore the past and just look at this season so far, he has no case for best player in the NBA.
We expect him to do better than win 35 games with a team that won 35 without him last year, we expect to at least make the Playoffs.

Dude he was on a 49 winning pace with math if you look at the games he played before his injury.

We've been 2 - 3 with him since his injury and we're extremely lucky to win those two games (OT win vs Clippers, Rondo game-winner vs Boston). Take those two lucky wins away and we're basically a .500 team with Lebron. Lakers barely play at above .500 pace with him at this point. The excuse is getting old, when this team is losing to the Pacers without Dipo by 42 pts and to 18 - 38 Hawks.
Lakers have the 5th toughest schedule to end the season too.

PG may be slightly better than Kawhi at this very moment. I am expecting things to change come playoff time.
MVP doesn't mean Best.
Giannis is MVP but his game is lacking a lot compared to Kawhi, George Paul, KD, LeBron.
Kawhi is nothing special defensively this year and is 100% living off reputation and highlight reel plays. He's having nowhere near the defensive impact of guys like Giannis and PG13 this year. He's also one of the most limited playmakers among all the superstar players.
Giannis is better than him, and PG13 is having a better season as well. KD too. Any argument for Kawhi depends on previous seasons because his current season sure as heck doesn't back it up.

Watch the games please. He knows how to set up teammates. They just don't do a very good job at converting his passes to points.

I've watched plenty of games. He's a weak playmaker by superstar perimeter player standards.
