Channing Frye has a career 38.7% but has been playing under 19 mins the past 5 years.
Muscala has a career 35.8%
Ryan Anderson has a career 38% and is not even 31 yrs old. Yes he has struggled from moving to 2 teams and fitting in, this year at 23% but I think he can get back his touch once he settled.
Brook who currently shoots at 35% also hustles on defense and is a great locker room guy, Lakers messed this one up big time esp when he was had for just 3 mil.

Bill Laimbeer wasnt considered some elite defender back then. He was just physical. He wasnt thought of as some stopper. He protected the paint but not so much with talent as physicality. Nobody expects him to switch out on Harden.

Extremely valuable (and still unique skill for a Center to have to be able to draw out the opposing center to the perimeter and leave that paint wide open) but there is absolutely no way they can afford him with Giannis/Bledsoe/Middleton. Brook's gonna get some Brinks trucks coming his way with his transformation as a player.

I don't know about consecutive, but I know he set the NBA record for the most made threes by a center in a single season. It was like 170+.

Laimbeer would be a stretch big who could lead the NBA in rebounds or hang around that area. Not being quick of foot would not mean the best he could possibly do is come off the bench. Enes Kanter has started over 200 games and couldnt cover me on a switch...and hes not gonna shoot like Laimbeer could either.

Give Kanter Laimbeers shooting and he would start quite a bit more than he does now.

Kanter started 71 games last year. Thats just the way it is. Half the teams in the NBA are bad.

If you were in the NBA starting on the Hornets right now and had started hundreds of games if someone called you a bench player at best...they would in fact be wrong.

Kanter....if he could also make 150 threes? He would be even more likely to start. Hes an inside scorer who also plays no D. Laimbeer would be a bad switch who could play modern offensive bigman ball. Hes not doing that much far as pick and roll but he could pick and pop and space the floor all day. He could likely turn that to more PT than Kanter gets....who already starts depending on the situation.
