Keeping Your Stomach Healthy
I can't reiterate this enough.
You guys got to get on the fermented food game.
Fresh sauerkraut = Trillions of good gut bacteria.
Kefir, sauerkraut, pickles, yogurt very nice.
Shots of water with apple cider vinegar. Occasional use of garlic.
Try to avoid sugar. Center diet around cooked vegetables, proteins, etc.
Try fasting too.
Step by step maintain health.

Yes, that is correct, intestines/colon is more accurate.
For the stomach I've heard small dose HCL tablets work, as well as drinking water 15-20 mins before a meal and an hour after as not to dilute the gastric juices.
Sorry, in the language I speak, Bangla, (payt) means stomach and refers to all the digestive organs under the belly.

Of course its correct, when have my posts been anything else?
HCL tablets and other "stomach" medications should typically be avoided unless your doctor tells you otherwise.

I've been drinking that a little more, used to hate ginger as a kid but i'm starting to acquire the taste for it. The ingredients are p decent for detox or digestion issues.

You have no idea what you're talking about. Taking a doctors advice on actual gut health is stupid at best. Most MD's know jack shit about internal health. They treat broad symptoms and prescribe pills like candy to treat symptoms. Most still prescribe antibiotics without mentioning an iota about probiotics and what the antibiotics actually do to your system.
HCL is a supplement that mimics stomach acid in the actual stomach.. so your quotation of the word proves you really don't know shit.

You love canned sauerkraut with vinegar and preservatives that kill off any beneficial bacteria before it gets in your mouth. Or so I assume... maybe you make or buy real sauerkraut?

Cut up a raw ribeye steak into little cubes, put it in a glass jar, and let it sit in your backyard for a month then eat it.
