Can you believe this shit? Now students will get a score based on neighberhood environment, family environment, and high school environment. Basically they want to get in more blacks and mexicans regardless if they actually deserve it over asians and whites. This is about as racist as it gets.

That just ranks the public education system. California gets bonus points for dumping a lot of money into education system. They have the highest paid teachers in the nation with school principals, superintendents and administrators making huge sums of money.

The average IQ of the populace is a whole different story. California is ranked just above Louisiana with Mississippi firmly at the bottom for now.
