Never direct yourself to the student.
Avoid marking yourself, for example. by tightening your muscles.
Sit down, preferably on the floor. Then you take up less space in the student's consciousness.
Speak quietly at the beginning of the process. If the student loses self-restraint, you must completely refrain from speaking.
Give it to you. Giving is not about giving up every time, the student wants something other than us. It's often about saving the situation.
Distract attention, humor is an effective means.

The teachers should just combine and bring all their friends to the school. Then you lock all the kids in the gym and one by one you take the ones causing the problems, bend them over your knee and beat their bare ass in front of everyone. If they refuse to go on stage you beat their ass where they stand. The message gets sent, and then the kids are on their best behavior for years to come. These teachers are behaving like pu55ies so they are getting treated like pu55ies.
