Absolutely ridiculous and that person isn't fit to be a cop.

But it's not comparable to the other one. The other one the guy got literally torn the **** up by a guy that wanted to pull the trigger.

The one you linked is a nervous cop that has no business having a gun.

Neither one should have guns or be cops but the situations are only similar in the sense that the victims were both on the ground.
