The Raptors signed Cameron Payne yesterday.

Listed at 6-foot-3, 190 pounds, Payne played for the Bulls and Cavs last season (at separate times, haha), and averaged 6.3 points, 2.7 assists in 17.8 minutes per outing for 2018-19.
