Which Euroleague teams are better than some current NBA teams?

We know two things:

1. NBA teams go into rebuild phases and don't necessarily sign or play the most capable players, but the young guys who need development minutes.

2. The world game is improving and expanding rapidly. It's simple math: 9 billion people on the planet and 300 million in the US.

MVP, DPOY, ROY were all international players.

So it stands to reason that surely, there's a possibility that some Euroleague teams are better than the likes of:

New York Knicks
Cleveland Cavaliers
Charlotte Hornets
Memphis Grizzlies
