ima try man. for the past month i've been telling myself i need to go to the gym. **** the aesthetics, it's just the feeling good part of it.

sleep, emotional and physical wellbeing are all significantly better after a workout. not to mention the stress aspect of owning a business. been living murphy's law to the max.

Yup. It’s a combination of all of that. Endorphins, better rest, feeling of accomplishment, and aesthetics too. Everyone wants to look good or at least as good as they can be. Fulfilling your potential is what you want to be doing. Start light so you don’t burn yourself out but make sure you keep adding more and more.
