Re: Finance Advice Thread
If you had a 300k home, along with 1 million in the bank how would you leverage your assets to grow your wealth? I'm thinking about opening a HELOC to purchase a rental property that I can have the renters pay off over time. Anyone have experience with that? Any other ideas?

when you choose to invest in people, and you invest in the right people, the balance in your net worth will work itself out.

Now I have 120,000. Might try to go for a million. Never know could be a great buying opportunity. A lot of VC money is invested into Luna projects but its a huge risk

Someone did some maffs and for Luna to go to $1 you need Luna to surpass bitcoin in market cap.
It probably will just end up as some defunct meme coin.

They're all memecoins except for BTC. That is literally it. Even ETH.

The tech eth has is way above BTC. First mover advantage is huge, but when the second or third big thing have major advantages, there is a chance of being overtaken. BTC vs ETH is a very, very interesting one moving forward.

Always buy big dips on good reliable stocks and etfs, the only question is how much to buy. Like, always budget for their bigger dips past the big dips and big dips past those dips

Re: Finance Advice Thread
Financial suggestion: order less takeout or delivery food.
Only do it on a special occasion. Not regularly.
The only exception to this is if you somehow have a place with an absolute bargain menu that you can just walk to and get takeout from and get a true incredible value, and especially if it's a food that you would struggle to prepare yourself. I think that's worth doing sometimes.
But in general, it's way way better to just buy groceries and make food at home.
