6'1" trans ncaa swimmer stirs controversy
same story, different day, eh?
it continues to piss me off how biological girls who are roughly a foot shorter than "her" and have half of the muscle mass lose any incentive to compete when they know they don't stand a chance against this creature. swimming relies heavily on power and wingspan, does it not? may as well just pack it up, ladies.
Critics of Thomas argue she should not be allowed to compete against women because of the biological advantages they say she has over other female swimmers. Supporters say she should be able to compete because she is transitioning and identifies as a woman. Supporters also point to the fact that Thomas is permitted to compete by the NCAA.

A trans-species athlete has just shattered Usain Bolt's world record in the 100 meter dash. This is huge news. Why aren't people talking about it?

But in all seriousness, so far these trans athletes have only competed in non-contact sports, from what I've seen. Wait until they start playing contact sports, like women's hockey. The real girls are gonna get seriously injured left and right. I see lawsuits coming out of this shitshow eventually.

Very good NBA starter

I would LOVE to see a story like that. Of a cheetah who identifies as a human male. With the media reporting it, calling the events as though absolutely nothing is up.

This is the only thing on the planet that could possibly make womens sports watchable. Which begs the question - how could you not support this?
The day some 7ft trans enters the WNBA is the day I start watching the WNBA.

Conservatives are not against it because it's "unfair" to straight girls.
They are against it because they hate trans people.

from a scientific perspective in valuing how human may evolve and improve there's just not much contribution here besides inflicting self-harm isn't necessarily a cry for help but the refusal to help

this is besides the point but i'll entertain it.
...because i somewhat agree in regards to the wnba - i could care less about it. biological women in the wnba are already at the pinnacle of their careers and dreams, not to mention the hundreds of thousands of $ they make. that doesn't mean i support it happening, but like i said i could care less.
the point i was making in my op (dunno how or why you glossed over it) is the welfare of young adult biological females that either love to compete, attend a specific school to join a woman's sports program, or just flat out want the playing field to be fair for everyone including herself.
how would YOU feel if YOUR daughter was number one or number two on her team, had worked hard at it since a child and was incredibly passionate about it just to have some 'dude' come in and coast to first place every single time. she comes home crying about it and you console her with the wnba reasoning.
so i'll ask you again, do you support this?

I support this wholeheartedly because it's hilarious. I can't wait until all the women's world record holders are...men.

bone mass as well as muscle mass are quite different between men as well as woman.
fair is to allow all human beings to compete in sports.
however a trans gender 'separate' sports would never evolve.
Par-Olympics I watched for about 10 minutes and like the grand stands , very few people watched.
point is if there was a trans gender sperate sports how many would really watch ??
