    Reminds me of Blake Griffin.

Jumping that high at 250 pounds over and over aint a good prescription for them knees.

He could dominate on athleticism alone, but the problem is he jeopardizes his health that way.

He's gonna need to work out with Lebron next offseason and develop a complete, skill-based game.

    It's preseason.

I'm not sure why they would even give a reason he isn't going to play.

    Just say he is out.

Unless it is something more serious....

Uh...Zion weighs like 30 more lbs than Blake. He's also shorter.

I know he's heavier fool. And it's not by 30 pounds.

The comparison is coming into the league as a thick, jump-out-the-gym power forward and having knee trouble as a rookie.

Sorry if they're not exactly the same weight down to the nanogram and I dared to compare them anyway.

    Get mad.

    Terrible comparison.

Blake could jump high, but he's not even in Zion's stratosphere as far quickness goes. Zion can blow by his defender from the 3-point line, whereas Blake would always have to resort to backing his defender down.

Are you dense? I'm not comparing their skillset as players.

I said they came in the league as powerful power forwards known for huge hops and highlight reel dunks. Which puts a lot of torque on their knees.

Blake missed his entire rookie season after he came down funky on his knee after one of his high flying jams. Zion is also experiencing knee soreness in his rookie season. Gee, it's almost as if that's what makes a comparison

Makes a blanket statement "reminds me of Blake Griffin" and then calls someone dense for having the audacity to assume a player's skillset falls within that comparison.

The title of the thread is "Zion with knee soreness."

Blake: 1st pick PF dunking machine with knee issue as a rookie

Zion: 1st pick PF dunking machine with knee issue as a rookie
