This is basically it for 98% of posters here.

Like you mentioned, we aint talking about some regular MMA fighter, we're talking about best of the best. Competitive fighters that make their living out of fighting, train every day with pro trainers and athletes, and in most cases train vs MEN.

Almost every single one of these top fighters have been doing this since they were 12 or so and have been fighting with boys and MEN their entire careers.

But there's lots of tough guys here that think they could win. Like you stated, they've never been in a fight so don't know what an actual punch feels like. They don't know how fast and hard they hit and how well they can evade and take a hit.

Not to mention that when you really get hit, if you're not used to it your mind will actually panic and most likely you just freeze.
