Add extra storage. For example my phone has 64gb of internal memory, and I added a 400 gb micro SD card. But I'm pretty sure you can't do that with iPhone.

It's usually from autodownloading podcasts. You have to delete them all and make sure you don't have it set to continually download all episodes.
Video takes up the most space. Audio second. Then pics. So more than likely it's video and audio that is screwing you. Not photos.
