    Default The Snowflake test

With the rise of snowflakes, it's no wonder why more and more companies are using the snowflake test to weed them out during job interviews.

Americans are sick and tired of the sniveling, whining, entitled brats who believe that everything should be handed to them on a silver platter, and business owners want nothing to do with them, hence this wonderful test.

    The Snowflake Test

Outside of standard benefits, what benefits should a company offer employees?

What should the national minimum wage be?

How many sick days should be given to employees?

How often should employees get raises?

How do you feel about guns?

What are your feelings about employees or clients carrying guns?

What are your feelings about safe spaces in challenging work environments?

In a creative environment like The Silent Partner Marketing, what do you envision work attire looking like?

    Should

    Additional questions should be

What is your current Facebook screensaver?

Is a climate control rally a legitimate reason to miss work?

What is the difference between political and social politics?

What is your favorite news source?

This is an impossible question to answer, because it depends on numerous unknown variables, but generally speaking, my answer would be... whatever best helps me compete as an employer and contributes to the happiness of my employees... no more, no less.

What should the national minimum wage be?
There shouldn't be one. The minimum wage displaces the lowest skilled workers from the market entirely. There are two things that mostly impact your wage... the fact that life isn't fair(and the various aspects that come with this) and how hard you work. Minimum wage proponents know relatively little, but it makes them feel good, lol. Feelings over objective truth... I assume this will be a recurring theme.

How many sick days should be given to employees?
    See the benefits answer.

How often should employees get raises?
Because the Federal Reserve exists, at least annually on a minimum basis. Otherwise, they are actually taking a pay cut with each passing year they are with you. If someone goes above and beyond, give them a raise on the spot. You give them the amount you can afford that will help you to best retain them and remain profitable enough to be worth being in business.

How do you feel about guns?
    Bang bang bang!

What are your feelings about employees or clients carrying guns?
That probably depends on what field of employment I'm in. If I owned a daycare, I wouldn't want anyone carrying guns, least of all my employees. If I owned a ditch digging business, I probably wouldn't care. Although, guns being in the work place is probably a no no period because emotions can run high at work and there's no sense in exposing myself as an employer to the needless risk that someone is going to lose their shit one day at the wrong time.

What are your feelings about safe spaces in challenging work environments?
Haha. What? If the work is challenging enough to the point for you that you're breaking down and need a safe space, you need to seek new employment.

In a creative environment like The Silent Partner Marketing, what do you envision work attire looking like?
A creative environment? Wear whatever you want. I don't give a ****, especially if there is little to no face time with the client for the majority of the employees. If clients are having regular face to face contact with us, that's different, and policy would have to be adjusted accordingly.
