15 most definitely is not a woman. It is a child. A child that can produce offspring, but a child nonetheless.

Just like 18 is still a child. People at 18 aren’t emotionally or intellectually capable of making a decision to sleep with someone but that’s the arbitrary line in the sand we have drawn.
