You always take the half-court heave when the clock is winding down.

Either way, I'm not debating with you on this. He's still on his same life. He deserves to stay in prison all his life until he fully dies indefinitely.

This is correct. You can still be alive with your heart not beating. You have minutes infact of brain function, etc. He was probably never pronounced dead as it said his heart stopped five times. So they probably had issues with keeping his heart from shutting down. Obviously they overcame that because his stupid ass is still alive arguing he should be released.
I have a heart murmur. Sometimes my heart skips a beat. Does that mean I died and came back to life!?

Unless the ruling is a double life sentence, then the loophole applies. You charge someone with a double life sentence to defeat the purpose of parole getting you back out, or if someone is pronounced dead and comes back to life.
So the question is was he pronounced dead by the doctor or not. If he was, then he came back to life, he's technically on his 2nd life. If not convicted for more than one life sentence, he should be a free man.

Abandoning an account does not change the person.

The link doesn't state that.
As said if he was pronounced dead CPR would've been stopped.
Also does he have a second birth certificate? Else it's the same life.

Yup, but try not to make it so obvious.
