    Never owned a truck.

I buy all my cars, we'll have for the past 8 years, at abandoned title auctions, keep them for a bit and sell them.

About five years back, I bought an 03 S430 for $300. Drove it for two years, sold it for $3,500.

Nearly bought a 76 (?) Towncar the other day, but bids went over 4k for it. Didn't think it was worth it without a key.

This coming week, gon try to snag a 06 325-I, a 95 Towncar or a 99 Prelude to have as a secondary.

This local mechanic my dad found and has been going to does same stuff. He gets cars for cheap at auctions, repaints them, cleans up the inside and fixes up anything that needs fixing and sells for profits. Makes his living that way and does repairs too for local people for cheap. Good guy, often doesn't even take money from my dad for small repairs

Good for you. I hope it doesn't give you headaches in the long run tho. Ford has phased out their saloons already so they can focus more on their trucks and suvs.
