Negative? It’s all factual, major things he did. Later on he even doubles down on selfish stupidity.

MJ's Leadership style was too hostile. There is a reason no leader/motivational lessons include yanking on your colleagues.
This is one of the greatest leaders of all time:
Firm, strong, encouraging/inspiring, and comforting in the end.
Moutinho did shoot a penalty, he made it, and they won the shootout, with Ronaldo making it as well.
A few days later they were European Champions.

Are you arguing MJ's style of leadership didn't work? Might not be everyone's favorite style, especially by today's soft ass standards and easily hurt feelings but the results cannot be argued with He never asked people to do shit they couldn't do, all he asked was for them to pull their weight, do their jobs. MJ carried the biggest loads and he did carry them to the promised land. Most of his former teammates say he was tough but that they understand why he did what he did.

MJ was hostile because that's how you treat little kids and bums
Jordan didn't land on a dynasty franchise like Magic with a bunch of HOF teammates to play with.
Jordan had to develop single-digit rookies into champions - this requires cracking the whip - but obviously, he wouldn't need to do that with Kareem or Worthy
So Jordan's style develops single-digit rookie bums into champions, but he surely would've had a more cerebral approach with a better roster.

Like in the Dream Team, hell he even stepped aside and let Magic and Bird be the captains, out of respect even if he was easily already the better player.

So why didn't MJ stick around in 99 and develope the incoming kids into champions?

MJ led his team by fear, which in the long run isn't good for team morale. Even John Salley said that Chicago team wasn't anywhere near as close off the court as the Bad Boy Pistons were.

So with a core of Pippen, Grant/Rodman, Kukoc, and MJ, from '89-'98, it yielded:
1 ECSF ('95 was after a near two year layoff with no Grant or Rodman)
2 ECF
6 NBA Finals
6 NBA Titles
What team morale are we really speaking of that is of consequence if it basically guaranteed title contention and/or an actual title? Especially with the key most players?

I don't even think Jordans leadership style was that hostile. Steve Kerr punch hurts but busting Burrells balls to see if he can handle playoff pressure? Who cares, clearly he liked the guy and thought he had talent and the tactics were used to see what he was like mentally.

He was 35 years old - no time - it takes MJ and Curry a couple years to build up new sidekicks and rookies
But the point is that their off-ball skillsets ALLOWS the development and therefore allows organic winning... Otoh, Lebron's frontcourt ball-dominance imposes spot-up roles that stall young players, thereby needing ready-made stars to win (talent-based winning.. team-hopping.. all-star team strategy)...
Lebron's skillset lacks the teammate development and chemistry needed to win organically - he never learned how to win (organic, chemistry, teammate development) and only knows how to team-hop (talent-based winning.. all-star team strategy)
