Being one of the hardest of hard-asses, and knowing little about science, I was quite close to a hospital today, not that I frequent hospitals or anything like that, and the air seemed fairly clear and clean in my opinion, though it might be a misperception. Is the vaccine enough to not have a worry about being near a hospice?

People like to use the "so the whole western world is in on the conspiracy?" argument, but one must understand that testing procedures were given by WHO to be followed everywhere, so changing the testing procedure almost worldwide is done by a simple memo.
