Not just who got arrested, or what political stuff makes you angry.
Consider what you're reading. Get rid of a few news sources that only post tragedies. Keep up with entertainment news and other fun stuff you can think of.
And, each day, post some of it on here.
And fun life stuff too. Share it in this forum too!

Ok, here's some good news:
The U.S. and the Taliban began a weeklong ceasefire today and if it lasts it could lead to a peace agreement and U.S. troops coming home.
A new government has formed in the Sudan, ending 6 years of civil war.
I'm going to the Hornets/Nets game tonight.
