There's no 3 second rule in Euroleague, so it's harder to score in the paint. Finesse scorers are more valuable, especially bigs who can shoot.

Giannis especially bc he just uses brute force (and half the time fouls) to force his way to the paint. league doesn't referee him like anyone else. not saying other nba players could do what he does, but he's definitely granted a pass on that aspect. literally has zero fundamental skills.
