We don't have the "pseudo private" company set up that China has going on.

Not saying the tariffs are great. What we should be really focusing on is slashing regulations and red tape at home.

The US government has a long standing history of providing tax incentives aimed at encouraging investment, expansion and actions that they hope will ultimately benefit the US economy. We don't have the set up that China has, but we're not talking about forcing companies to make certain business decisions. Rather, the aim is to work to create more favorable conditions for our companies around the world so that they aren't forced to do business with Chinese manufacturers in order to remain competitive.
