everyone except kg and pierce they watched ray get another ring for their rival team.

yea true... it was the most exciting finals of the past decade or more perhaps.

game 1 was even a total classic nobody remembers.

I feel like one of the more underrated aspects of that ending was the Heat's rebound on LeBron's first miss. No bigs on the floor for either team, and in a mad scramble where 2-3 Spurs could've come up with it, it falls to Miller with LeBron right there to hit an open 3

speaks to the randomness of the game.

that was a volleyball mess that pinballed it's way to the Heat.

Pop really ****ed up taking duncan out on both plays. Thinking he'd prevent an open 3, yet allowed the offensive board as a result. TWICE.

Shades of Horry.... you'd think he'd learn.

pure fucking luck. its the reason why this haunts skip the way it does, he knows how just how close it was.

if ginobili and kawhi hadnt bricked a freethrow shot apiece, then his core argument from over a decade and a half ago would still stand

With Durant off the Warriors it's in MUCH better shape, that really weighed down excitement in the league. The NFL looks to be in really good shape though, if they stay healthy Mahomes & Jackson are gonna be hella exciting to follow

San Antonio Spurs had their stadium staff bring the ropes down toward the court to rope it off and block the fans from storming so that they could celebrate their ring.

Oh wait..Ray Allen had a different response:

"Get those MF ropes out of here"

agreed that kd is a bitch and agreed that the NFL is in good shape, especially considering all of the CTE discussions and the hernandez coverage the last year. mahomes and jackson are the real deal the NBA is just the GOAT league period because of a million different factors.

and lebron is the GOAT athlete currently competing in all pro sports.

i could understand a young green kawhi missing.

    veteran Gino has little excuse.

he almost blew their shit with his wild antics even before that.

i guess you live and die with the flame.

you know it definitely haunts pop to this day. spurs deserved to win so I'm glad they won in 2014.

wade was done by 2014 so the spurs would've won that year regardless - to think that pop could've had that legendary 6/6 finals record if it wasnt for one Walter Ray Allen Jr.
