he's actually shitting the bed with the small business stimulus package. he/federal government are showing how out of touch they are with reality. banks running freely with choosing who they want to loan federally backed and guaranteed funds in a time of great need. big businesses are getting loans easily, while the small ones in actual need are being left out of the money.
