Pretty sure they are targeting sub-saharan Africans, and if you can prove you are an African American or African European(is that a word?) you should be alright, but the US embassy is issuing a warning to African Americans just in case.

And a U.S. Embassy security alert on Saturday said that 'police ordered bars and restaurants not to serve clients who appear to be of African origin,' and local officials have launched mandatory testing and self-quarantine for 'anyone with "African contacts".'

Some Africans have even described being suddenly evicted from their homes.

They're targeting foreigners in the main as scapegoats for Covid 19. Chinese people are humans, and just like Nazi Germany, and even people in the US targeting Asians for Covid 19, the lowest common denominator are easily manipulated.

It's so hypocritical that people hate the Chinese government yet want to "bomb" China as if the Chinese people are to blame. There are a lot of bad Chinese people just like there are bad people everywhere, but don't blame them for being manipulated and brainwashed by communism.

I've heard and seen a lot of unwarranted racism towards Chinese people.
