This list makes it obvious just how much a fluke/flash in the pan curry is

A 1 dimensional player ONLY known for his scoring can't even crack a top 25 post season scoring list.

That's because that's a longevity list. A list of total points scored in a career in the playoffs. That's why you see Tony Parker and Manu Ginobili on it because the Spurs went to the playoffs like clockwork for near two decades.

If you were to divide it by number of games played to get the average points per game career totals it would be the following list:

    Rank Player PPG
    1. Michael Jordan* 33.45
    2. Allen Iverson* 29.73
    3. Jerry West* 29.13
    4. Kevin Durant 29.09
    5. LeBron James 28.92
    6. Rick Barry* 27.33
    7. Elgin Baylor* 27.04
    8. Stephen Curry 26.50
    9. George Gervin* 26.46
    10. Hakeem Olajuwon* 25.90
    11. Kobe Bryant* 25.64
    12. Bob Pettit* 25.45
    13. Dominique Wilkins* 25.41
    14. Russell Westbrook 25.40
    15. Dirk Nowitzki 25.26

    18. Karl Malone* 24.67
    19. Bernard King* 24.54
    20. Carmelo Anthony 24.50

Curry always gets bailed out by his teammates in the postseason and when there are times that he's burdened to carry his team on his own, he barely wins. Just like in game 3 of last year's finals, despite scoring 47 points.

The thread should've included this right out of the gate

*Note - Series used to be shorter in the first round.

Makes most of this thread irrelevant

You say this like George Gervin was chopped liver - he was a 4x Scoring Champ.
