Default RB Frank Gore signing with Jets

Running back Frank Gore (who turns 37 years old later this month), the 3rd leading rusher in NFL history, will sign with the NY Jets, per ESPN.

Their report also stresses that this will reduce Le'Veon Bell's role on the team.

Bell is still a solid RB... there's some tread left on that tire... he's just not good enough to carry the offense.

Jets should probably cut him after 2020.

I can't believe this guy is still playing, I remember watching him on the 49ers years before they hired Jim Harbaugh, that seems like an eternity ago. RB's are not suppose to have 16 year careers.

Honestly I'd feel guilty as a coach or GM playing Gore at this point...with what we know about CTE

After this season Gore will have played 2 seasons more than Emmitt Smith did
